Notes: This shy female dog showed up at a residence near Sugar Run Rd and Spring Valley Rd in Pearisburg. She is now safe and sound at the shelter. If you have any information about this dog please contact the Giles County Animal Shelter at 540-921-2053.

Within 48 hours, 2 female dogs were picked up within 3 miles of each other. Both have docked tails and similar markings, which led us to think they could be related. But when we introduced them, it was VERY OBVIOUS they knew each other and missed one another. While we hope they got loose and just ran in opposite directions, it’s looking like this mother-daughter duo was dumped. Luckily they have each other here at the shelter.

WE HAVE NO OPEN KENNEL If these are your dogs, please claim them. If you are interested in fostering either (or both) of these sweet girls, message us or call us at (540)921-2053.

This dog has been available for 13 days
