Breed: Heeler mix? NOTE: Breeds are our best guess when we do not have proof of parentage

Sex: Female

Age: 3 years approx

Size: Medium (40 lbs)

Color: Black and white

Coat: Smooth

Vaccinated DHPP: Yes

House Trained: Yes

Notes: Poppy is not your average Heeler, this sweet face wants nothing more than to be your lap dog and BFF. She is 40 pounds and 3 years old. Dog friendly, but will need someone to teach her that being possessive over her human is no way to act. Avoids cats upon introduction, but we would not be surprised if she does chase them. Does very well with infants and toddlers. Can break out of a wire crate, so you will need something a little bit more sturdy. Due to her history of being starved, she will seek out any and every morsel of food she can find. Hates a bath, but tolerates it. Poppy’s adoption fee is $20
